The tomatoes, harvested in July, August, and September, are processed to preserve their flavors, aromas, and nutritional properties. After washing and selection, the tomatoes are peeled, diced, and moved on to the next stage: after the addition of tomato concentrate, the product is brought to high temperatures, bottled, and pasteurized to ensure long-term stability.

 

Alce Nero organic tomato pulp is prepared without additives or added salt.
